About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Manager tojoin our rapidly expanding team.

This role will focus on driving brand awareness and demandthrough digital channels  - targeting theUS Insurance Market.

This individual will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring ourdigital channels are performing at their optimal level - spanning emailmarketing, paid & organic social media, paid & organic search andcontent marketing. You will lead our digital marketing campaigns, managedigital channel performance metrics, lead the content strategy and collaboratewith internal teams. You will have a strong digital marketing background withexcellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define, execute and manage the digital marketing strategy – including (but not limited to) our website, organic and paid social, display, programmatic, search, email, and content production & marketing.
  • Develop and execute our inbound and outbound digital tactics to amplify brand, improve awareness and increase engagement and followers.
  • Lead the content strategy to develop assets such as blogs, partnerships and original content to drive brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Implement SEO best practices for web content to improve rankings, drive traffic and conversions.
  • Ensure our website, landing pages and conversion assets are kept-fresh to maximise customer experience and conversion rates.
  • Develop effective processes and manage our CRM and CMS.
  • Help marketing team stay current with industry trends, customer usage & behavior patterns to enable an insights and innovation driven lens to our digital marketing efforts.
  • Work with key stakeholders in sales, product, marketing and customer success to ensure that digital efforts are supporting broader corporate initiatives – such as customer onboarding, retention, upselling etc .
  • Establish a framework for measurement of digital channels performance, including KPIs and acceptable ROI and leverage the analytics to continually optimize spend.
  • Track and report performance to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related digital marketing management experience, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing digital & content strategies.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, methods and tools (ideally experience with HubSpot).
  • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales & marketing team.
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral.
  • Highly analytical and data driven - You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data.
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Entrepreneurial and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Creative, innovative, and always thinking outside the box.
  • Exposure to (understanding of) the US Insurance market.
  • Experience marketing technology/SaaS products would be ideal, but not essential.
