Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze insurance information that facilitates the risk assessment process and provides underwriting support
  • Document and communicate policy approvals or rejections to the underwriting team, insurance agents, supervisors, and clients in a timely manner
  • Compile data and analytics for reports that can advise insurance policy guidelines and whether coverage should be provided
  • Serve as the liaison for underwriters and customers in order to track, manage and prioritize insurance applications
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within underwriting software programs by verifying all documents for accuracy and completion
