Exploring the Boundaries of Automation in People-centric, Heavily Regulated Industries with John Cottongim, CTO & Co-founders

Heavy regulations and legacy systems may be a hurdle for digital transformation, but innovation is still within reach.

Listen in today for real-world strategies to introduce automation in BFSI industries.

Between existing legacy systems, increasing regulations and a deep reliance on empathy, the financial services and insurance industries are poised to struggle with digitization and AI-powered automation.

"I do think that technical solutions, if done well by a technical team, are going to be more secure, more robust, and have less challenges than even the human teams that are working with them." - John Cottongim

While robotic process automation (RPA) has found its place in these industries, leaders still face significant challenges in progressing to the next steps - like using artificial intelligence to automate unstructured or semi-structured processes.

Listen in as this panel of C-suite insurance leaders and senior financial services consultants share their successes, failures, and learnings from implementing advanced automation in their industries.

In this 60min virtual roundtable we will:

  • Share tactics for spotting weaknesses in technical solutions;
  • Consider where automation should stop and the human should step in;
  • Contemplate the role of unstructured data in AI-powered automation;
  • Share insights on how leaders are seeking to overcome these challenges in the short and mid term;

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
