The Roots Automation team is excited to announce a new customer win. This time, we are partnering with a leading property & casualty insurance carrier.

Our Customer, like most insurers in 2022, needed to improve their claims management process - specifically, the capacity and speed of claim resolutions.

The Customer's Digital Coworker will review, classify and then index claim documents for inclusion in their Document Repository.

With an expected annual volume of over 700K documents, the Customer's Digital Coworker will be able to dramatically reduce the manual effort for this process.
